The Little Yogi's Yoga class is designed for children aged 3-6 years old, introducing them to the world of yoga in a fun and playful way. This class will help children build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and focus, while also providing them with tools to calm their minds and manage stress.During the class, children will be guided through a series of yoga poses, games, and breathing exercises that are designed to capture their attention and imagination.
Registration is for the entire series; no make-up sessions or refunds are available unless class is canceled by Glow Yoga.
Caregivers who wish to take the adult 10:30 am Yoga for Strength class may drop off participating children for the full hour 10:30 - 11:30; yoga instruction will be provided from 10:45 - 11:15 am.
