Reiki, pronounced “ray key”, means Universal Life Force. It is an ancient Japanese technique that focuses on moving universal life energy to support the body’s natural healing process.

Taking care of you before taking care of others is essential for living a balanced and satisfied life. Many of us give so much to others that at the end of the day we have no energy left for ourselves.

Once attuned by a Reiki Master, Reiki is like a form of first aid in your hands that will never leave you. Energy will flow through your hands whenever you touch with intent.

At the end of our Reiki Level 1 Training, you will be certified to give Reiki to yourself and others. We teach our students how to be consistent in bringing healing into their lives, and we encourage our students to use Reiki on themselves daily.

$165 must be registered and paid by April 7th.

$20 cash for the Reiki manual paid directly to instructor on day of class.

Class minimum is 2 students and maximum is 8.

Students should bring a notebook and pen for journaling and a brown bag lunch and beverage.
