In the intro workshop to our 4 week movement medicine series, we will discuss the benefits of this practice, and introduce the different elements of the practice. We will also do some guided movement exercises and meditation to help participants get a taste of what the practice is all about. Finally, we will be drawing ( skills are not required ) Drawing can help us to observe and measure how certain movements and exercises can help us to heal and improve our well-being. It can also be used to document our progress and to chart our journey towards healing. Drawing is also a fun and creative way to express our inner world, helping us to gain clarity and insight into our process.This can help us to observe how the energy has been moved, released, or re-balanced as a result of the dance.
