Each week, we will explore a different theme / Intention inspired by The 10 phases of TranscenDance TM founded by Jennifer Joy Jimenez to begin to listen to the body in a new way. Through this exploration and practice, participants will gain an understanding of how the body can be used as a gateway to self-awareness, inner healing, and greater wellbeing.
