An introductory two-hour workshop to Kundalini yoga, also known as the yoga of awakening. Kundalini is an invigorating yoga practice that incorporates breathwork, meditation and movement to tap into subtle energy. This workshop will include a brief overview of the history of this practice, the components of this practice (kriya, breath, chanting and meditation) and a 75-minute class with time for a discussion after.
Please bring a journal for notes and some reflections after practice and a scarf for the meditation.
