Nicole will start the session with deep meridian-opening stretching and basic Tai Chi/Qigong movements to activate the Ki (Chi) energy flow. She will then play 7 handmade bowls from Nepal that resonate to each of the 7 notes on a scale, and in turn resonate with each of the 7 chakras.

The bowls produce simultaneous overtones and undertones relaxing the nervous system, and create binaural beats that are infinitely soothing to the brain.

The vibrations offered through a range of instrumentation strengthen the auric field and provide the nervous system with activated calming effects; bringing your mind and body back to its original balanced, peaceful and harmonious state.
