• 6:30- 8 we will gather and be lead for the month's group member. 

• Come wearing what you feel good in. There will be chairs, blankets, bolsters, & mats available for everyone’s comfort.
• We may invite you to bring something- please check your email. 

• Afterwards, feel free to take the conversation & community out to another local establishment for more chats & time if you choose.
