On the First Day of Summer & International Yoga Day, come welcome Summer and celebrate your growth through yoga, with a moving meditation of 108 Sun Salutations! Expect 9 varied sets of 12 sun salutations including modified options, traditional and more! 

 

Bring your mat, extra layers and any props you use. A blanket or sheet is nice to put under your mat for extra comfort. We have extra mats and props in the studio available to borrow.

 

Protein options and buns with be provided. Please bring a dish to pass and your preferred beverages if you'd like to stay for dinner!
