Join
Heather for a Yin Yoga practice paired with a Sound Bath. This
Spring Equinox session will start with myofascial release balls to
ease restricted fascia and muscle tension. This targeted massage
work will delve into trigger points, promote muscle recovery, and
encourage mindful relaxation. The self massage will be followed by
a thoughtful integration of yin yoga practices to deeply open and
rejuvenate the body, all while bathed in sound. The sound bath will
include crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and binaural beats. We will
hold gentle yin postures while the wash of sound offers deeper
relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing and expanded
awareness.

Special Instructions
Bring your own yoga bolster if you have one and/or a blanket. Dress in comfortable layers that you can move in.
