Heather for a Yin Yoga practice paired with a Sound
Bath.
The sound
bath will include crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and binaural beats.
We will hold gentle yin postures while the wash of sound offers
deeper relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing and expanded
awareness.

Special Instructions
Bring your own yoga bolster if you have one and/or a blanket. Dress in comfortable layers that you can move in.
All sales of Workshops and Special Events are final.
