This service offers group coaching led by our nutritionist Gina. It includes an initial 20-minute consultation where you'll discuss your goals and preferences, followed by a body analysis. You'll receive a personalized macronutrient and meal plan. Group accountability is provided with access to a coach and monthly meetups. Additionally, there are challenges to keep you motivated, and your plan will be reanalyzed each month to track progress and make adjustments.
