It begins with a comprehensive 60-minute initial consultation for an in-depth discussion of your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. You'll undergo a body analysis and receive a personalized macronutrient and meal plan, updated weekly to keep you on track. Gina will help you set goals and track habits throughout the month with weekly check-ins. Additionally, there will be a monthly body analysis to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to your plan.
