Gentle Yoga Flow – 

We begin with a slow, grounding practice to relax the body and prepare the mind for deep meditation. 

Guided Past Life Regression –

Through guided meditation you will be led into a deeper inner awareness of your consciousness where you may explore past lives or hidden past memories that may influence you in the present. Healing and clarity often happens as we explore and able to release these memories.

Reflection & Integration – Time for journaling, sharing (if you wish), and receiving Reiki-infused relaxation to help integrate your journey.
