*The booking for each class opens up 48 hours before the class begins. If the class has a waitlist and you sign up and end up getting a spot in class, you will be notified by email. Make sure to add admin@flyingfitnesstx.com to your contact list to be sure to get our emails.

Attire:
Leggings below the knee
Leotard or fitted shirt that can be tucked in.
Make sure there are no zippers, buttons, snaps or anything else that can rip the fabrics on your leggings or leotard/shirt.

Hair pulled back.
No jewelry (permanent bracelets need to be taped before class).
Nails/toenails must be short and filed.
