A Pilates Mat-based class that uses springs and levers attached to the wall-mounted “springboard”. The feedback of the springs allows for greater body awareness, strength and flexibility. This 55 minute class allows for you to experience movement that are inspired from the Cadillac, Reformer and Classical Mat exercises, while focusing on alignment and extension of the body.
No walk-ins. Appointment must be made beforehand. Recommend to get approval from your doctor if you are pregnant, injured, or recovering form injury.
