As we transition from summer to fall, let's unite to appreciate one another and embrace mindfulness. In the upcoming six weeks, we will offer gentle prompts for compassion, partake in exercises to enhance mindfulness, and nurture curiosity and gratitude in the face of life's obstacles. Together, we will learn how to blend these attributes into our daily routines and interactions. Our adventure will involve connecting with our senses, engaging in movement, and observing the mind with compassion.

Flexibility in Learning:
While live attendance is strongly recommended for an immersive experience, we acknowledge that circumstances vary. A virtual attendance option is available for those who prefer learning from the comfort of their homes. Live sessions will be recorded for participants unable to attend in real time.
