This workshop with guest instructor Cody will be focused on learning the intricacies of standing foot-to-hand pirouettes. Begin the journey on the ground and focus on technique for the beginning of the learning process. Additionally, explore the multiple directions, combinations, and pathways in/out of f2h pirouettes. Proper spotting will be taught so as to facilitate a safe practice inside and outside this event. 

This is considered an intermediate/advanced workshop to unlock more out of your existing foot to hand practice.  

*Pre-reqs: L-basing foot to hand familiarity is required for base and flyer. Standing foot to hand practice is not necessary, but is helpful.

More about Cody: Cody is a hand-to-hand acrobat and co-founder of Renegade Circus. Based in Sacramento, California— he is a hand to hand base, Banquine porter, & Russian Bar porter. He teaches mixed level h2h balance and dynamic skills all around North America. Additionally, Cody is a cigarbox juggler, knife thrower, constructs custom circus apparatuses, and performs sideshow fire art.
