Join us for a very special Original 90 tribute class to honor Conni Howes, our inspiring teacher, dear friend, and brave warrior who left this world way too soon in late 2019.  The standing series will be led by Mike and the floor series will be led by Conni via a priceless cassette recording that was discovered a couple years back.

Conni was incredibly committed to finding ways to accelerate progress in cancer research and in making sure all those diagnosed with cancer have the resources and support they need.  We will donate all proceeds from this class to The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in Conni’s name.  Visit pancan.org to learn more about this fantastic organization that was near and dear to Conni’s heart.  

Suggested donation for this class is $25 but any amount is welcome.  Be sure to pre-register for this class because Conni always did and always will pack the hot room!  If you cannot attend this class, you may still donate… just pop by the front desk at any of our three studio locations or sign up for class online with your preferred donation amount.  You may also use your regular 105F class pack or plan to attend… all are welcome!
