Join Liz for a fun and motivating Inferno Hot Pilates class!  Liz will be recording a video of this class for her IHP certification so be sure to arrive with lots of energy and enthusiasm!

Inferno Hot Pilates is a beginner-friendly, high-intensity, low-impact workout guaranteed to make you sweat!  You'll increase endurance, build strength, and move to the music in this heart racing, blood pumping, and metabolism boosting mat Pilates-method class.

Pre-registration is required but there is no cost to attend!  Please sign up in advance through our website or the 105F Yoga app.  Space is limited!

Wear clothes you are comfortable sweating in and bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.  You may rent a mat ($3) and a towel ($3) from us if needed.  Bottled water is available for purchase ($3) or you may use our filtered water station.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class.  No late entry; doors close promptly at the start time of class.  By attending this class you agree to be recorded during any portion of the workout.
