Description
Yoga is a path of union, healing, and transformation. On that path there are 2 components that are at the core of the path. 1) Learning to listen to your BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT and 2) learning to SPEAK (respond) to your body, mind, and Spirit in a way that holds it in love and softens the fear. When we cultivate the practice of tuning inward, listening to the expressions within you, and responding to them from the heart, everything transforms.
In this 2 hour workshop you will be guided through a gentle asana practice that will include various mindful self-compassion exercises. Each practice you will be given space to explore and learn to listen and speak the language of YOUr body, mind, and Spirit. The purpose of the workshop is to expand your current practices and introduce you to practices that you can integrate, not only in your yoga practice, but into your everyday experiences as well.
No prior awareness is necessary.
Things you will need for the workshop -
1. Yoga mat
2. Desired props (bolster, blanket)
3. Journal/pen (if you want it)
4. Water
5. An open heart
6. and willing Spirit
