Description
Come share a week with us this summer for a hands-on, community-based exploration of mindfulness. Campers will learn and explore multi-sensory mindful activities with strong roots in creativity, breath work, yogic movement and connection to nature. These activities will help deepen self-awareness, build confidence, and strengthen emotional resilience. Let us show you how fun and empowering mindfulness practices can be in your life—FOREVER!
Ages: 7-10 (incoming 3rd-5th graders)
Who are we?
Sara Baer Farrell (also known locally as” Mrs. Baer”) is a mama of three, has taught grades K-4 locally over the last 18 years, and is a certified yoga teacher. Her life’s calling is helping others, especially children, develop self-love, presence, purpose, and community. Recently, she has left the classroom to launch her new business: Love-Led Parenting Support (sarabaer.com). It is her mission to help parents develop child-specific strategies to gain confidence, lower stress, and foster deeper connections with their children. Happy families make for a happier world! Sara is most at home around children and can’t wait to have some camp fun this summer!
Kelsey Reinhardt is a native Vermonter and has been involved in the Richmond community for multiple years. She has worked with children of all ages for over 10 years and is a certified yoga teacher with experience teaching kids yoga. Her hope is to not only deepen her own spirituality and self-care but to aid in others’ journeys of self-exploration and mindfulness. She’s hoping to create that space for growth for our campers this summer!
