LEARN HOW TO TAKE FLIGHT WITH ME IN THIS WORKSHOP SERIES.
FIRST WEEK: ADVANCE YOUR VINYASA PRACTICE, WRISTS STRENGTHENING DRILLS, UJJAYI BREATH, AND MEDITATION. EXPLORE THE BAKASANA OR CROW POSE.
SECOND WEEK: LEARN HOW STRETCHING CAN BENEFIT YOUR ARM BALANCE PRACTICE, DRILLS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE, AND DIRGA BREATH MEDITATION. EXPLORE THE HURDLERS POSE OR THE EKAPADA KUNDINYASANA II
THIRD WEEK: ENHANCE YOUR ARM BALANCE, SHOULDERS STRENGTHEN, UJJAYI BREATH, AND MEDITATION PRACTICES WITH BASIC ANATOMY. EXPLORE THE SIDE PLANK OR VASISTHASANA.
FOURTH WEEK: IMPLEMENT WHAT YOU'VE LEARNED INTO YOUR PRACTICE TO CELEBRATE YOUR PROGRESS. REFINE YOUR TECHNIQUES, EXPLORE TRANSITIONS BETWEEN POSES, AND FOCUS ON FLUID MOTION
