Parents we are super excited to bring back our SHRED Winter Youth Fitness! Our Youth Fitness is back again for a 5 week series starting Saturday March 18th. This series will run Saturday mornings at the SHRED905 studio with Coaches Ryan and Veronica for a total of 5 Saturdays. Each class is 75 minutes long.
Our Coaches come with a varied range of experience in youth training, sport and performance, strength and conditioning, power lifting, yoga, kinesiology/mobility.
Saturdays 11am - Saturday March 18th
Youth ages 10-15 are welcome. Our youth fitness is not a sport specific program, we encourage and welcome all fitness levels and sports background- if any.
The SHRED youth fitness will focus on total body fitness while working on strength, stamina, mobility, flexibility, coordination and mind muscle connection. Our sessions will incoporate all the SHRED fitness goodies- from bikes, to bag work, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, sled pushing, battle ropes and more.

Price for the entire 5 week series is $125+hst
**Please note, payment in full is required prior to starting and at the time of registration. This series will not offer any makeups for missed classes**
Youth, please be sure to bring indoor running shoes, wear appropriate indoor breathable workout clothes.
Remember to bring your water bottle, towel, and your own mat. The studio offers filtered and chilled water so please do bring your own water bottle.
Remember to come to class well hydrated and well nourished. SHRED905 sells Fit Aid post workout recovery drinks for $3.99.
Lastly, lease arrive to class on time and ready to work! Bring your energy, positive attitude and leave your electronics behind and turned OFF during class please!
