Join us for a 6 week challenge where the only competition is you.  You will get assigned to a coach that will help you set goals and encourage you through the 6 weeks.  You will receive a t-shirt and can be weighed and measured at the beginning so that we can see your progress at the end if that is one of your goals.  Nice, economic way to jumpstart good habits without a long term commitment.
