Prenatal yoga helps you connect to your body in a way that is supportive to both mom and baby. Combining mindful movements and breath work that will allow your body to relax while strengthening the muscles that support you during pregnancy. This class will focus on alignment and proper posture to help eliminate or reduce discomfort, reduce stress, and stimulate good circulation. All levels welcome and no prior yoga experience necessary.
