This 5-hour workshop will focus on making a plan for yourself in the new year. Participants will develop a clear vision of your best self, identify the steps that will work to move you forward, make SMART goals, and identify strengths/resources to help you grow. Class will include self-reflection, group discussion, and a guided practice (including movement, breathing, and meditation). You will leave this training with an understanding of what is most important to you and how to take steps toward transformation. This is a great class to attend if you are interested in diving deeper into a formal yoga teacher training program!
