What is Reiki?

Think of Reiki as a massage for your energy, where you will release what no longer serves you and call in new energy to support you. During Group Reiki you will rest in a comfortable position while Rebe channels Reiki for all in the room. She will begin with explaining what Reiki is and what to expect, then she will share a guided meditation to get you settled and then all you have to do is relax & receive! Please note: you will not be touched at any point during the group Reiki session.

Meet Rebe:

Rebe is the owner of Freya's Haven, an online metaphysical and crystal shop. She is also a certified, trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and meditation teacher. Her true gifts lie in blending these modalities into powerful, transformative healing sessions for her clients and in teaching others how to create simple spiritual practices for themselves. You'll never hear her tell you that there is any one right way to do things - she will always point you back to yourself as the ultimate expert on what will work for you.
