This is a longer session, we recommend you bring anything you need to be extra comfy lying in one place for a long period of time. If you have any sort of padding, a yoga mat, or extra cushioning you'd like to use, please bring it. Blankets, bolsters and eye masks are helpful, too! Feel free to bring a journal or anything else you need to process your experience. Dress as comfy as you can! 

 

We recommend that you eat light and clean throughout the day before breathwork and try not to eat at least 1 hour before the practice. Drink lots of water! Please come to the workshop sober and unaltered from other substances.

 

***This practice is not recommended for those with high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, retina detachment, seizures, severe mental illness or psychiatric symptoms, osteoporosis, history of aneurysms, women who are pregnant, and those who are on anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medicine.*** If you fall into one of these categories, feel free to reach out to Hailey about how you might still be able to participate in the session with some modifications.
