Learn to teach Prenatal Yoga:
In this module we will address how bodily changes in pregnancy may affect a yoga practice. Additionally, we will discuss how minor adjustments in teaching may feel more supportive to a pregnant person.
Beth Richmond is an RYT500, Registered
Prenatal, and Trauma Informed yoga teacher. She is a mother to two
teenagers, and has been teaching pre and postnatal yoga since
2017.
Her hope is that women feel empowered and informed
during pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
Her prenatal classes focus on mobility, strength,
and relaxation in preparation for birth and beyond.
This module is part of the Be Love Yoga Teacher
