In my experience, winter always feels extra introspective. It can also feel isolating for some. The cold weather often brings an intense desire to withdraw into one’s self, to burrow and cocoon. This is not inherently bad! There is a lot of inner work and self discovery to be had in these dark days of winter - why not do it in community? 

 

Know Thyself - A Series on Personality is a group experience dedicated to the individual self. This 3 part workshop series will bring more clarity and conversation into what makes you YOU - your personality, your energetic blueprint, your soul’s purpose, and the imprint you are meant to leave on the world. Each workshop will center around a different modality with slightly different focuses:

Each stands alone, but when put together will provide you with a more well rounded, comprehensive blueprint of who you are and what you have to offer the world. Handouts will be provided, but feel free to bring a journal and something to write with.
