This Energy Activation and Healing class with Carolan is a gentle energy transmission designed
to activate your Kundalini, also known as your life force
(energy)
The energy is believed to descend from the crown of the head and
work its way towards the root chakra, ultimately activating the
kundalini.
Join Carolan for a
90-minute workshop,
which is broken down into three 30 minute different
stages.
Each stage contains energetically composed music and the healing
sounds of our Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.
The stages are:
Rhythmic movement and dynamic
dance to activate your Kundalini energy. It's based on the seven
chakra system, and the goal is to release old energies and invite
new ones in. The energy may cause you to move your body through
stretches, yoga postures, dance, or shaking. Seated Breathwork and toning of
the 7 sacred sounding vowels; designed to open, balance, and align
each chakra. Restorative Meditation Sound
Bath is designed to integrate, relax, and experience our set
intentions of self-healing.
Here are some things to expect ;

doubts, confusion, and any other stuck energies that might be
