Basic Package - 1 Year Membership - Attend 2 Group Classes Per Wk

Client agrees to the following terms:

This is a 1 Year Membership contract.  
Contract:
- Contract allows client to Attend 2 Group Classes Per Week (limit 1 class on that day) for 1 year (Calendar week starts Sunday and ends Saturday with no roll over classes). 
- Contract can be placed on hold for up to a month for $25/month fee.
- A $1.95 surcharge will be applied to this transaction
- Credit Card will be stored on clients profile
- Yoga Bodies has the right to add or remove classes on schedule however will offer no less then 24 classes per week.
- Transferable for a $100 fee
- No refunds (no exceptions)
- No exchange (no exceptions)

*** We do not offer prenatal yoga classes and our regular classes do not offer modification for pregnant ladies

*** Late Cancel or No Show Policy:
- Clients must check in at front desk before attending class or they will be marked as a no show or no show fee will be charged.
-Client must cancel a minimum of 1 hour prior to start of class or a $15 late cancel/no show be automatically be charged and you will lose the class for the day (No Exceptions).
