Client agrees to the following terms:

This is a 3 Month Membership contract.  
Contract:
- Contract allows client to Attend 1 Group Class Per Day x 3 Group Classes Per Week for 1 year (Calendar week starts Sunday and ends Saturday with no roll over classes). 
- Contract can be placed on hold for up to a month for $25/month fee.
- A $1.50 surcharge will be applied per transaction
- Yoga Bodies has the right to add or remove classes on schedule however will offer no less then 24 classes per week.
- No refunds (no exceptions)
- No exchange (no exceptions)

*** Late Cancel or No Show Policy:
-Client must cancel a minimum of 1 hour prior to start of class or a $15 late cancel/no show be automatically be charged and you will lose the class for the day (No Exceptions).
