VIP All In One Monthly Membership - Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, Yoga & Fitness Classes Monthly Membership - Attend 1 Class Per Day Everyday - Cancel Anytime

Client agrees to the following terms:

This is a monthly automatic renewal membership cancel anytime contract.  Client must send a cancellation email 3 days  prior to next billing to info@yogabodies.ca or cancel through your Yoga Bodies account before next billing period.  If client does not cancel by these terms then clients credit card will be charged on a monthly basis. 
- Attend Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, Yoga and Fitness classes
- Attend 1 class per day everyday
- Calendar week starts Sunday and ends Saturday with no roll overs classes
- Credit card will be charge $300 plus tax every month from date of purchase
- Contract can be placed on hold for $25 fee for a maximum of 1 month
- A $1.95 surcharge will be applied on purchases
- Yoga Bodies has the right to change the schedule on a monthly basis and can remove class off schedule anytime without notification but will offer a minimum 24 classes per week.
- No refunds
- No exchange

*** Client must take profile picture and or show identification when ask (No Exceptions).

*** We do not offer prenatal yoga classes and our regular classes do not offer modification for pregnant ladies

*** Late Cancel or No Show Policy:
- Clients must check in at front desk before attending class or they will be marked as a no show or no show fee will be charged.
-Client must cancel a minimum of 1 hour prior to start of class or a $15 late cancel/no show be automatically be charged and you will lose the class for the day (No Exceptions).
