5 Class Card - Yoga & Pilates Mat
- Can be used to attend Mat Classes
- Expires 1 year from  date of purchase
- Yoga Bodies has the right to change the schedule on a monthly basis and can remove a class off the schedule if it is not popular but will offer no less then 24 classes per week.
- Credit Card will be stored on clients profile
- A $1.95 surcharge will be applied to this transaction
- Class passes can be placed on hold for $25 fee per month for a maximum of 3 mont
- No Refunds
- No Exchange

*** We do not offer prenatal yoga classes and our regular classes do not offer modification for pregnant ladies

*** Late Cancel or No Show Policy:
- Clients must check in at front desk before attending class or they will be marked as a no show or no show fee will be charged.
-Client must cancel a minimum of 1 hour prior to start of class or a $15 late cancel/no show be automatically be charged and you will lose the class.  (No Exceptions).
