*Client Membership Agreement*

*Terms and Conditions:*

1. *Membership Renewal and Cancellation:*
   - This is a monthly automatic renewal membership that can be canceled at any time.
   - To cancel, the client must send an email to info@yogabodies.ca or cancel through their Yoga Bodies account at least 3 days before the next billing period.
   - Failure to cancel within the specified terms will result in the client's credit card being charged on a monthly basis.

2. *Class Limitations:*
   - The client can attend up to 10 classes per month.
  

3. *Fees and Charges:*
   - The client's credit card will be charged $250 plus tax every month.
   - The membership can be placed on hold for a fee of $25, for a maximum of 1 month.
      - A 3.95% processing fee will be added to each transaction to cover credit card and software company transaction charges.

4. *Schedule and Class Availability:*
   - Yoga Bodies reserves the right to change the schedule on a monthly basis and may remove classes from the schedule at any time without prior notification.
   - A minimum of 24 classes will be offered per week.

5. *Refunds and Exchanges:*
   - No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

6. *Prenatal Yoga:*
   - We do not provide prenatal yoga classes, and our regular classes do not include modifications for pregnant women.

*Late Cancel or No Show Policy:*

1. *Check-In Requirement:*
   - Clients must check in at the front desk to attend class. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a no-show and incurring a no-show fee.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Yoga, Pilates Mat, and Fitness Classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiture of their class. Please note, there will be no exceptions, and phone cancellations are not accepted. Our studio serves hundreds of members, and these policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.

Pilates Reformer Classes: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the class begins to avoid forfeiture of their class. Again, no exceptions will be made, and we do not accept phone cancellations. These policies are designed to maintain fairness and accommodate the needs of our entire studio community.

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and accepts all conditions outlined in this membership agreement.
