Single Class Reformer Pilates, Yoga or Mat Pilates Card

- Can be used to attend Reformer Pilates, Yoga or a Mat Pilates class
- Only the purchaser may use this pass to attend Pilates Reformer, Yoga, or Mat Pilates classes; it is non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone else.
- Class Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be used after its expiration date. (No Extensions & No Exceptions)!
- A 3.95% processing fee will be added to each transaction to cover credit card and software company transaction charges.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Reformer Pilates classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid loss of class. Please note, we have a strict cancellation policy and that NO EXCEPTION will be made even if there in cases of weather, injury, illness or emergencies, and phone cancellations are not accepted. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.  If you do not agree then please do not make a purchase.  Thank you for your understanding.

Yoga, Mat Pilates classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 1 hour and 1 minute before the scheduled start time to avoid loss of class.
