Join us for a serene and rejuvenating overnight camping event at Lake Thunderbird, where we'll harmonize with nature through sunset and sunrise yoga sessions. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the lake and surrounding wilderness as we practice yoga under the open sky.

Camping is not required to attend either class. Single class = $15 / Both classes = $25

Event Schedule:

Arrival and Set-Up: Arrive at the campground in the late afternoon to set up your campsite and get settled in. Please note: Camping equipment is not provided. There are limited campsites in this specific area and they will not be reserved by Dragon in advance for the event. To ensure a close campsite to the Dragon community, please reserve your campsite as soon as possible. A reservation for yoga is not a reservation for a campsite.
Campsites are booked through Lake Thunderbird State Park and are not included in the yoga tickets.
  
Sunset Yoga: As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, join us for a calming yoga session led by Beth, owner of Dragon Yoga. Let go of the stresses of the day and connect with the natural world around you.

Campfire Gathering: After yoga, gather around the campfire with fellow participants to share stories, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the warmth of good company.

Overnight Camping: Though this is completely optional, it will be a lot of fun to participate in! Spend the night camping under the stars, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the lake and forest. Fall asleep to the gentle lullabies of nature.

Day 2:

Sunrise Yoga: Awaken your senses with a refreshing sunrise yoga practice. Greet the day with gratitude as you stretch and breathe in the crisp morning air.

Optional Activities: After class, you're free to explore the area at your leisure. Take a hike along the lake trails, deepen your connection to the community, or simply relax and soak in the natural beauty.
