Designed for those with prior teaching experience and a 200-hour certification, this advanced course will take your practice and instruction to new heights. Throughout the program, you'll delve into advanced postures, expanding your personal practice and teaching repertoire. Refine your teaching techniques with a focus on using props, modifying for various ability levels, and delivering hands-on adjustments. One of the highlights of this course is creating your own dynamic flow classes with different themes, allowing you to showcase your creativity and teaching prowess. You'll also explore the teachings of key yogic texts like The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita, deepening your understanding of yoga philosophy and ethics. In addition, we'll provide insights into the business side of teaching, equipping you with the knowledge to thrive as a studio employee or build your own following of dedicated students.
