To pause or cancel your membership: contact One Family Yoga and Fitness via EMAIL at admin@onefamilyyogafitness.com.au with 14 days notice. You may still attend classes in this 14 day period.
Cancellation Fee: *For Weekly memberships and Introductory offers only. Does not apply to casual classes.*
***If you are unable to attend an in-studio class, you must cancel online outside the 10hrs for all AM classes, 2hrs for all PM classes cancellation window. If you do not cancel within 2 hours of your class commencing or fail to show up for your class it will result in a $15 “Late Cancellation, No-Show” fee which will be deducted from your credit card/bank account by One Family Yoga and Fitness. This helps us ensure everyone gets a chance to attend their desired classes. (does not apply to ZOOM classes).
