Featuring gentle movements and meditation practices to bring you closer to a balnaced center. Several meditation practices will be introduced including candle gazing, mudra work, guided visualization, and Yoga Nidra. The physical practice will be gentle, slow and meditative to conncet the body and breath with focused awareness. The included rounding practice interspereses meditation practices between gentle movements in one beautifully balanced experience. 

If you purchase more than one class please call the office to let them know. The system will only recognize one student and we don't want to turn anyone away.
