As we transition from the Summer season of action to the Fall season of letting go, our energetic bodies may need some attention, love and patience. This class will include some gentle Yin postures followed by Yoga Nidra meditation both of which will ease the energetic transitition to release. Please come ready to relaxation and letting go into the colorful season of Autumn. 

If you purchase more than one spot, please call the office and register your guest. Guests who are paid for by others are not automatically added to the roster and risk not getting into the class.
