September is the month of Harvest…the time we reap the benefits of all the work we have done on the past year. It is a time of completion and releasing. At this time our energy should turn inward for reflection & contemplation. It is also a time to plan for next years harvest. With this in mind, this workshop will include the preparation of a honey blessing jar to plant the seeds for next year’s crops. The workshop will also include a harvest themed Yin practice, meditation & pranayama.
