In this workshop, we will focus on our energetic heart center. Yogic activities will include a gentle practice combined with heart-opening yin postures to stimulate the heart center as well as restorative practice combined with yoga nidra to expand & heal this place of compassion, love & forgiveness. Other heart-focused activites will include pranayama & meditation.
