Description

This 3-Hour workshop for women is designed to help clear our chakra energy centers and bring mind body spirit into alignment.  Includes gentle yoga to help release stuck energy, energy clearing Guided Meditation, time for reflection, perhaps sit with a cup of tea & more. This workshop is about balancing our energy centers to help bring harmony into our lives.   No yoga or meditation experience necessary, just dress comfortably and be ready to release, relax and restore. Includes any materials needed and/or any take home gifts.
