Come ready to completely relax in this 3-hour workshop which includes a full Restorative Yoga class, guided Yoga Nidra meditation, time for reflection/ and journaling perhaps with a cup a tea. There will be time to stroll grounds in quiet contemplation while enjoying the many aminites around Heartwood. This “HEALING HER” workshop is for Her, with Her, because I am Her, and so are You.
