Whether you are new to journaling or a seasoned writer, you will learn new journaling methods to go beyond the surface and find your true inner voice for deeper understanding, awareness and discovery. Ginny Shaddock is a C-IAYT yoga therapist with a masters in writing and journal therapy, and she provides new insight on how to use writing to heal, grow and rediscover the remarkable lessons life provides. Each session explores different techniques and approaches to the page. Students will be given assignments and prompts to explore between sessions and we will share our discoveries. We will cover how and why to journal, privacy issues, new techniques and special journaling projects, such as legacy wills and nature journaling.

Please bring a journal as well as additional paper to write on.
