Join us for a donation all levels yoga flow class where you just may meet your new best friend!

Kittens that are in need of homes will be floating around visiting students in between poses, maybe they will even snuggle up with you!

All proceeds will be donated to the House of Mews Rescue to assist them in finding homes for their cats and kittens and help cover costs of their rescues, as they tend to take in sick cats and kittens.

These amazing volunteers work around the clock to nurse sick animals back to health and find healthy, solid homes for all of them!

You can monetarily donate, or maybe you fall in love with your new best friend while we are practicing and you can apply to take him/her home with you!
