An outdoor circuit-style class offered from May until October, Strollerfit was specifically developed to help our particiapants navigate fitness post pregnancy and childbirth. Each 60-minute class incorporates cardiovascular and muscular training component using the stroller and baby as added resistance. 

Participants are required to be a minimum 6 weeks postpartum at the start of class to join.
