This is an introductory course of basic techniques for obstacles in the gym. An emphasis will be on training safely and using progressions to unlock new skills. Skill development in strength, agility, balance, and confidence through movement. We will build strength through functional movement and exercise, all while developing ninja skills in our facility. These classes require no previous experience or fitness level. This is designed for all new participants and beginner ninjas.
Child must be coachable and willing to do exercises and challenge themselves to complete tasks given by coach.
Extreme Ninja Pass holders will be scheduled first in the class session and will receive 15 minutes of open gym. Drop-in/ Non pass holders leave gym after 50 min class.
